Post marathon recovery run – check

Today was the first run since the marathon on Sunday. 28 minutes of easy running to loosen the legs out. It took a little time to warmup but there were no real points of soreness. My lower calf and achiles area did tighten up a little towards the end so that’ll require a little focus but overall it seems like the marathon recovery should go well as long as I ease back into it over the next 2 to 3 weeks.

Current Wins: Good recovery run, time this weekend with somebody whose company I really enjoy,
